On Monday, March 1st, 2021, the Central Arkansas Development Council will reopen the “Fresh Start” program. The Fresh Start Program is a rental assistance program for families affected by Covid-19. This program will assist families in the following counties: Calhoun, Clark, Columbia, Dallas, Hempstead, Hot Springs, Howard, Lafayette, Little River, Lonoke, Miller, Montgomery, Neveda, Ouachita, Pike, Pulaski, Saline, and Union counties.
