City Board Meeting To Be Held Tuesday

The Texarkana Arkansas City Board of Directors meets Tuesday night at 6pm at City Hall.

The meeting being held on Tuesday because of Monday being the Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday.

CITIZEN COMMUNICATION
A limit of five (5) minutes per person is allotted for citizens to express their concerns to the
Board of Directors, with a maximum of fifty (50) minutes reserved for Citizens
Communication. The Board of Directors cannot respond to citizens’ concerns during this time.
Be respectful of the Board of Directors, city staff, and the public by refraining from abusive
conduct, personal charges, or verbal attacks.

CONSENT
1. Approval of the minutes of the rescheduled regular meeting January 4, 2022. (CCD) City

2. Adopt a Resolution Amending the FY2022 General Fund Budget to include the reallocation
of FY2021 General Fund Budget funding for Interstate 30 median lights electrical
replacement. (PWD) Public Works Director Tyler Richards

3. Adopt a Resolution authorizing the Depository Board to execute the 2022 depository
agreement with Commercial National Bank. (FIN) Finance Director TyRhonda Henderson
