Remember Picture Day? And how the parental units made sure you didn’t leave the house looking like a dork? Parents in Maine did just the opposite. This brave set of parents dared their 4th grader, Jake, to take his picture in a HOT DOG costume. And to sweeten the deal Dad even threw in 10 bucks and a little extra tech time (little secret… tech time is kid bait). Jake went for it, hook, line and hot dog. Mom and Dad had to send him with a permission slip that said they were fully aware and ok with his hot dog costume for school pictures (and his school identification).
I would relish having this family as my next-door neighbor (dads have my permission to steal that joke).
