We’ve come a long way in the last 30 years but sadly victims of domestic and/or sexual abuse still feel a sense of shame. It’s not your fault. You didn’t make anyone do anything. To break the cycle of violence by providing a safe alternative to a violent home and by providing education,
counseling, and support services to clients and their children.To provide full sexual assault accompaniment services to victims of sexual assault to promote recovery from the assault and prosecution of the perpetrators.
To provide education and awareness to the community concerning domestic violence and sexual assault.
To inform the community about the need and concerns of the victims
We service Bowie, Cass, Miller, Little River, Hempstead, Sevier, Howard, Pike, Nevada Counties.
People can help by donating things from our wish list.
Our wish list is updated weekly on our Facebook page, or can be picked up in person. People can also call our main office to get more information.
If people would like to volunteer they can by filling out a volunteer application. We are doing a raffle fundraiser currently. People can purchase tickets 5 dollars for 1 or 20 dollars for 5. All proceeds help us meet our needs as an organization.
We do have a shelter that is located in Texarkana. We also have a 24/7 crisis hotline for people to call,903-793-4357.
