Live United Bowl Saturday December 3rd

We were excited to have Texarkana Arkansas Mayor Allan Brown on the Morning Show, John, Anna, & Friends.

However he was not here to talk city business. Brown is also the CEO and Co-Founder of the Farmer’s Bank & Trust Live United Bowl.

This is the 9th year for the annual event. The Division II college bowl game will be played at Razorback Stadium in Texarkana with a 12 noon kickoff this Saturday December 3rd.

This year is actually a rematch from a very exciting game played last December. It’s Southeastern Oklahoma State taking on Emporia State out of Kansas.

All proceeds from the game will benefit the United Way of Greater Texarkana. The United Way helps several dozens agencies around our area, which in turn help people in need. All monies raised stay local.

Be sure and get your tickets, either ahead of time at any Mil-Way Credit Union Branch, Farmer’s Bank & Trust Arkansas Locations, at the United Way office in downtown Texarkana, or adult tickets can be purchased online. Also tickets will be sold at the ticket booth at the stadium on the day of the game.

There will be areas for tailgating on Saturday morning, and the fans can enter the stadium anytime after 10 am.
