A day of family fun is set for this Saturday February 18th in downtown Texarkana. It’s the 2023 Mardi Gras Parade, with lots of other fun activities for everyone. Deanna O’Malley and Steven Hollibush joined the morning show to talk about all the excitement. There will be a children’s area, a street dance, lots of food vendors, and the parade itself begins at 3pm.
Crossties also has a carnival going on as well, so there will be plenty to do both before and after the parade.
