Today we had Sheila Lynn who is a Chef Instructor at Texarkana College – Culinary Arts Texarkana College Culinary Arts. This is an outstanding resource for our community. It is amazing how students can graduate from high school and Texarkana College essentially in the same week when they utilize the dual credit or concurrent enrollment program.
