Come on out and celebrate the renovations of the Rotary Splash Pad located in Spring Lake Park.  The upgrades include shade pads, benches, picnic tables, and a fence to help keep the little ones playing safely. This rededication will be a fun celebration on Thursday, August 5th at 10:00 am.

The Rotary Clubs of Texarkana will partner with the City of Texarkana, Texas, and the Texarkana USA Chamber of Commerce to host a re-dedication and ribbon cutting at the Rotary Splash Pad in Spring Lake Park. The ceremony will be held on Thursday, August 5th, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. 

The ceremony will celebrate the addition of shade ports, picnic tables, and fencing to complete the Rotary Splash Pad, which began in 2010. The project was made possible with funds donated by the Rotary Clubs of Texarkana: Wilbur Smith, International, Sunrise, Oaklawn, and various sponsors and grants.
