Unless you have a home gym, a stationary bike, or some work-out equipment at home, you might be missing getting a little (or a lot ) of exercise. Why not get out and walk?

Our prettier spring days lend themselves to walking, whether in the neighborhood, around the track, or at one of our area parks.  At the same time, we can follow those ‘new rules’ from COVID-19.

Here’s a park that you might not have discovered or been in.

Put down the cheese ball and homemade bread…get out and take a walk!
