UPDATE: Officials have confirmed Yaw is no longer missing. All units are clearing the scene.
Please help find thirty-four-year-old Charles Yaw of Daingerfield, Texas. Yaw was last seen on May 21st, just before the storms hit our area. Officials believe Yaw is on foot around the shores of Lake Wright Patman. Please call your local police department of Cass County Sheriff, at (903) 756-7511.
PER TEXAS GAME WARDEN…SHAWN HERVEY…Ongoing incident Cass County
At approximately 10:30 am on 5/22/22 Texas Game Wardens along with Cass County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call of a missing person in the area of Armstrong landing, along the shores of Lake Wright Patman. The missing person has been identified as Charles Yaw, 34 of Daingerfield, Texas. He was last seen on 5/21/22 prior to the storms that moved through the area. He is believed to be on foot around the lake area. Texas Game Warden K9 team and Task Force 1 K9 team from Ft. Worth area are en route to assist. If anyone has any information about the location of Mr. Yaw please notify the Cass County Sheriffs’ Office.
