I’m old enough I remember Johnny Carson on TV. He used to have Kreskin come and make Predictions about what would happen in the New Year. Then the next year Johnny would have Kreskin back to open his sealed predictions to see how many came to pass.
Now, I’m sure that was probably all fake because Kreskin always seemed to guess pretty close to what happened. But now that we are at the beginning of a New Year and a New Decade…I wanted to give you a chance to be a Kreskin and make some predictions about what the future holds for us all.
I’m going to go out on a limb and make a few predictions for the coming year. I’m even going to GUESS about what we will see in the New Decade. If I’m dumb enough…I mean brave enough to do this…what about you? What are your predictions for this year and the Decade? Here are my predictions. In a year and a decade, we will see how well I did.
Ok…my predictions. 1. I predict that the Saints will win the Super Bowl and Drew Brees will then retire. 2. I predict that the Democratic Convention will be contested. 3. I predict that whoever wins the Presidential election at least 1/2 of people will be upset. (Ok that’s not much of a prediction…haha.) 4. I predict before the Decade is over that we will have a permanent human base on the moon and even tourists will visit the moon. 5. Before the decade is over I predict that North Korea will become the 51st state of the United States.
