Is your job Secure? What is “Job Security”? Will your job still be here in 100 years?
At one time I’m sure being the town blacksmith was a sure way to have Job Security. Everyone needed your services. That is until the car replaced the horse. I don’t know many blacksmiths…do you?
The only Constant they say is CHANGE. These days it seems changes are coming faster and faster for us all. Especially in the workplace. Computers seem to be running more and more jobs.
