Good news for people with Allstate car insurance, expect some money in the mail. Because fewer people are driving (and crashing) Allstate says their customers will get a Shelter-in-Place payback of about 15 percent of their monthly premium for April and May.

Allstate representatives say they will begin mailing the refund checks this week. The refunds will cost Allstate about 600-million dollars.
