Miller County Has at Least 7 Cases of Covid-19

According to officials the count of confirmed cases of Coronavirus in Miller County is now at least seven.


The number of cases was documented at a Press Conference that was held by the Emergency Operations Center. A Miller County Courthouse employees has tested positive for Covid-19. So, the Miller County Courthouse is now closed to public access. Business can be conducted by phone or online for the time being.

The Texarkana Arkansas City Hall remains open at this time, but citizens are encouraged to conduct business by phone and online as well.

There will be drive thru screening for the Covid-19 virus conducted Monday April 6th starting at 9am outside the Lansdell Family Clinic. The clinic is located in the 82 Plaza Shopping Center on Highway 82/East 9th Street.

The number of tests will be limited so unless you have the required symptoms you will not be tested.
