It’s time for the Miss Texarkana Twin Rivers Scholarship Competition.
This year’s event will be held on Saturday August 24th, beginning at 10 am at the Pleasant Grove High School Performing Arts Center.
You can see the 2020 Miss, Teen, and Little Miss Texarkana Twin Rivers crowned.
This is a Miss America preliminary pageant.
