With the temperatures dropping very low this weekend, Mission Texarkana is staging “warming stations” to offer a warm haven out of the bone-chilling weather. We have the opportunity to provide our support and help protect our most vulnerable citizens. We have the complete details to follow:
We will have warming stations set up this weekend with coffee, blankets, sleeping bags, sterno, gloves, coats, socks, and other cold weather supplies for our neighbors on the street. Unfortunately it seems every time the temperatures dip like this, we see frost bite and death. Please consider making a financial contribution or donating cold weather supplies to help us demonstrate love and grace during this extreme cold weather event.
