Texarkana Arkansas Police say a motorcyclist injured in an accident yesterday remains in critical but stable condition in a local hospital.
Police say 43 year old Heidi Flemming-Anthony was a passenger on a motorcycle that collided with an SUV on North State Line Avenue yesterday afternoon.

On Tuesday, September 8th, 2020, at 1:35 pm, officers responded to an SUV vs. motorcycle crash at the intersection of North Stateline Ave. and East 21st Street. Upon investigation, it was determined that a 2008 Suzuki XR1 motorcycle was traveling north on North State Line Ave. when it collided with a 2003 GMC Yukon.
The motorcycle occupants were identified as Driver Scott Story, W/M 45yoa, and Passenger Heidi Flemming-Anthony, W/F 43yoa, from Texarkana, Arkansas. The Miller County Coroner responded and pronounced Story dead on the scene. Flemming-Anthony was transported to a local hospital where she is in critical condition.
The SUV driver, Michael Pearson, W/M 47yoa, and his Passenger, Lelon Pearson, W/F 42yoa, were also transported to a local hospital with minor injuries. The accident is still under investigation.
