Good news for Texarkana and the surrounding area – Health Care Express has announced they will be dedicating their Wake Village Clinic to testing for COVID-19.
Starting today, HealthCARE Express will be designating its Wake Village location at 4701 W 7th St., Wake Village, TX 75501 as a COVID-19 testing center. The test HealthCARE Express is offering will provide results within 1-3 days, drastically reducing the wait time for results compared to the previous COVID-19 test. COVID-19 testing will be available at this location for those that meet CDC-based screening criteria as long as supplies are available. These testing criteria are as follows:

- shortness of breath?
- a fever?
- a cough?
- a sore throat?
These criteria are subject to change following any updated guidelines provided by the CDC.
