New Texarkana AR Rec Center Nears Completion

We have fantastic news about the new Recreation Center completion from the Texarkana, Arkansas Parks Department. The only things left to complete this project are the delivery of kitchen equipment, computers, and TVs. The floor for the gym is yet to be installed, but wow, look at how far things have come.
