Texarkana Texas Police are looking for a female suspect on charges of Deadly Conduct.

It’s part of the department’s #FelonyFriday series on their facebook page. Here is what they posted on that page:

Headlining the Felony Friday show this week is 30 year old Samantha Smith, who is wanted for Deadly Conduct. She also has a misdemeanor probation violation warrant. After she pled guilty to DWI back in 2017, she agreed to follow the terms of her probation – but apparently failed to live up to several of them.

Bet you’re probably wondering what the heck she did to get a Deadly Conduct charge filed against her? Well… In early June, Smith was the passenger in a car that was sitting in front of a house in the 2200 block of Olive Street. After getting into an argument over a man (as so many of these things tend to be) with the woman who lives in the house, she decided to up the ante by pulling out a gun and shooting at the victim before speeding away. Luckily for everyone, she wasn’t a very good shot and no one was hurt. However, someone certainly could have been easily enough. We found four spent casings near the curb where the car had been parked, and we know that at least one of the shots hit the house.

If you know where Smith is, please give us a call at 903-798-3116 or Texarkana Area Crime Stoppers at 903-793-STOP.
