According to Erin Rogers, Communications Coordinator for the City of Texarkana, Texas:
Texarkana Water Utilities will close a portion of W. 32 nd Street,
between Main Street and Pine Street on November 19 , 2019. Texarkana Water
Utilities commissioned contractor, Kampco. Inc. who will connect new sanitary
sewer to the existing sanitary sewer.
