Sorry, carnivores. We know how much you love your meat lover’s pizza. However, a new study finds that eating a plant-based diet can “significantly reduce” your risk of a stroke and a heart attack. The study has been going on since 1982 and followed more than two-thousand people; it found that people who eat vegetarian or vegan diets had a fourteen percent less chance of having blocked arteries and a five percent less risk of heart disease.
