Experience local, regional, national, and international artists at the 32nd Annual Juried Art Exhibition now through October 23rd, at the Regional Arts Center, the corner of 4th and Texas, downtown Texarkana.
This year, the competition is also open to international artists. The competition is hosted by the Texarkana Regional Arts and Humanities Council, an arts council located in Texarkana, Texas, and generously sponsored by the Yates Foundation, Inc. $4750 in prizes!
