Stacy Tidwell from Community Healthcore joins the Morning Show to talk about the 11th Annual Turkey Trot which will be Thursday November 28th, which is Thanksgiving morning at Spring Lake Park in Texarkana.
This is a fun fundraiser which includes a registered 5k race. Those that don't want to race can jog or walk behind the runners, including walking your dog, as long as they are on a leash.
They also have a kid's fun dash around the Lake, where they can win medals. There is also a sleep-in option for people who cannot attend but want to help out and get a t-shirt.

If you do so by this Friday November 8th, you get a $10 discount and assure yourself a t-shirt.
Feel free to dress up and get there early, beginning around 7:30 will be registration for those who did not do that in advance, the race starts at 8:00. Your out of there by 10 am.
