The Texarkana Texas Parks & Recreation Department will host a ribbon cutting this Friday evening at 6pm at the Swanger Baseball Complex at Spring Lake Park in Texarkana, Texas.
Brooke Stone the Communications Manager for the City and Rayleigh, who is working as an Intern for the city joined the Morning Show to talk about that and some other events of interest coming up in the next several weeks.
The baseball complex where thousands of kids play ball every year has undergone a complete renovation, with all fields now turfed, new concession and restrooms, and improved seating areas. Public invited to the free ribbon cutting and unveiling of the project Friday.
Limited concessions will be available on Friday evening, cash only.
