Dr. Doug Brubaker, Superintendent of Schools at T.I.S.D., Texarkana Texas Independent School District, joined the Morning Show to give us an update on the school year and construction, and much more. The new Parks Elementary will open in August, for the students from Highland Park, and Spring Lake Park Elementaries.
