Today in 1931 Larry Hagman the actor we remember as JR Ewing was born. Sadly Larry passed away in 2012. Larry’s character JR was always kicking butt and taking names often in a really deceptive way. You remember Dallas was a TV almost soap opera that was during prime time which involved the Ewings, who were a wealthy Texas family in the oil and cattle-ranching industries.
