The driver from the hit and run we reported about earlier today is in TTPD custody.
Montavious Sharp, 22, of Texarkana Texas, turned himself into detectives this evening. He was identified as the driver of the truck that struck the man on N. Stateline Ave. earlier today. He was booked into the Bi-State Jail, charged with Aggravated Assault.
