The sixth annual Run the Rail Half-Marathon from De Kalb to New Boston, Texas, along the Northeast Texas Trail, will be on Saturday, October 9th. This year there will be both a half marathon and a marathon option. Click here for more information and to register. This annual event is a heart-healthy way to support the West Bowie County Rotary and its many projects improving our community and investing in our future.

The cost of the race is $95 for single runners of the marathon, $55 for single runners of the half-marathon, $45 per person for a relay of two, and $35 per person for a four-person relay. Student-athletes may participate for $25 / person.
