The Arkansas High Razorbacks would love to play at least one more home game this year.

If that’s going to happen it will have to be in the playoffs. The Razorbacks final regular season game is on the road in DeQueen this Friday night. There are several scenarios where the Hogs could play at home the first week of the playoffs.

The easiest path for that to happen, is of course for the Razorbacks to defeat the Leopards and Hot Springs Lakeside down Hot Springs. This would mean the Hogs could do no worse than finish tied for second in the conference with Camden-Fairview and Magnolia. Arkansas High would get the higher seed based on the fact that they beat both teams in the regular season. The top two teams in the conference are assured of at least one home playoff game.

Arkansas High comes off a 53-0 victory over Hope in the Battle of The Bridge. DeQueen fell to Magnolia in last week’s action.

The Razorbacks will be a tough out in the playoffs. Arkansas High has only lost two conference games by a total of 4 points total, and Quarterback Braylon Bishop’s numbers have been on the upswing. You combine that with the rushing attack led by Torie Blair, and the physical defense will make the Hogs a team you don’t want to see in the playoffs.
