This Monday, February 5th, 2020, Texarkana Arkansas Police were sent to the 2200 block of East Street. where a person was reportedly being shot in the chest. Upon arrival, the officers discovered 24 year old Phillip A. Lee, lying in front of a nearby apartment building, with an apparent gunshot wound. Lee was transported via ambulance to a local hospital, where he died from his wound late Monday night.
