Texas side Police are continuing to investigate a shooting incident from late October and is asking for the public’s help in locating a couple of witnesses.
Here is the Press Release from the Texarkana Texas Police Department:
We are still actively working the case of the shooting at the Halloween party that left one man dead and another nine people with gunshot wounds. With more than 200 people inside the event center when the shooting took place, you can probably imagine the breadth of the investigation and its challenges. It’s taking a very long time to try to identify who all was there and then find them to try to get them to talk to us.
Cliff Harris, who is the lead detective on the case, has been trying to reach out to Kolbe Hemphill and Demetrius Washington for a couple of weeks now, but he hasn’t had any luck at all so far. He believes that they may have some critical information that will help him piece together what all happened that night.
