Brad Paisley is making music that matters. The country superstar released his new song “Same Here,” which ends with a conversation between Brad and Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky.
It was released on February 24th, the first anniversary of the start of the Russian invasion of Ukraine. The song is about how people are more alike than they are different. In tune, Ukraine’s president says all his people want is freedom, “There is no distance between our two countries in such values.”
