The Central Arkansas Development Council is now providing Emergency Assistance to customers who need help with rent, mortgage payments, and water payments, effective immediately.
The CADC is able to assist in those past-due bills. There are certain criteria that must be met, and paperwork to be completed, before the assistance is given. Eligible individuals can begin the application process by scheduling an appointment through the local Central Arkansas Development Council (CADC):
