Authorities in Northeast Texas looking for a man who broke out of jail Monday night.
Here is the Press Release from the Atlanta Texas Police Department:
Tonight, Monday August 29, 2022, Charles Obin Spraberry broke out of the jail about 7:45 pm. Spraberry is considered armed and dangerous. Linden, Cass County, Texas jail fugitive who is also a person of interest in multiple felonies. Local and state resources are assisting.
Cass County Sheriffs Office is being assisted by local, regional, and state resources and first responders. I cannot comment as to capabilities of our law enforcement partners or the specifics of this ongoing incident other than to say the subject is still at large and every effort is being made to locate him and bring him to justice.
