Altrussa International of Texarkana will be having a special event this coming Monday evening March 31st from 5:30 til 7:30 at the Collins Home. It's the Service in Bloom, Wine and Cheese after hours celebration. You can enjoy some fine wine and cheese and have a chance to win some prizes, while finding out more about the projects that the local Altrussa members conduct for both young and old in our community.
