We had so much fun having Randy & Tina from Atwoods in Texarkana join us on the Morning Show, John, Anna, & Friends on Monday morning.
They were in to talk about the day of family fun, which is lined up at Atwood's for this Saturday, October 29th. It all starts with the Pet Costume Contest, which gets underway at 10:30 at the store located at 111 Atwoods Drive in Nash, Texas.
If your pet is well-mannered around other pets and people, you are invited and encouraged to enter that pet in the contest; winners in each weight category will receive pet-appropriate toys. This is going to be so much fun. But that's only a part of the family activities planned for this fun day at Atwood's.
Also, there will be plenty of games and activities for the kids throughout the day, along with special animals that everyone can see and pet. There will be multiple food trucks, police and fire personnel, and some big military equipment from Red River Army Depot.
Brothers Keepers will be there during the evening hours with their motorcycles and with a delicious food truck.
From 5 pm -8 pm will be the Trunk or Treat, for the kids to dress up and get plenty of candy. If you want to be one of the people who provide candy during the Trunk or Treat, just call the store at 903-716-0770.
There will also be a "Surprise" guest, who will appear from 6 pm -9 pm. We can't tell you anymore, and it's Top Secret.
