We had the pleasure of meeting someone new on the Morning Show, John, Anna, & Friends on Thursday morning.
Keith with Animal Control with the city of Texarkana, Texas joined us to talk about the annual event Bark at The Park, which is happening this Saturday November 5th at Spring Lake Park. They will actually set up shop near the dog park, which is located within the bigger park.
They will be offering a great service for residents of Texarkana, Texas. An opportunity to have your pet, dog or cat, registered with the city and a rabies shot administered, both will be done for free. Yes, it will cost you absolutely nothing to get your pet a rabies shot and registered with the city.
All dogs need to be on a leash, and all cats are required to be in pet carrier. The free event will be going on from 9am to 2pm.
There will also be veterinarians on hand, they can administer other vaccinations at minimal cost, and you can talk with them and schedule possible procedures for you furry friends.
Your pet is part of the family, so make sure they are healthy and registered at this great event.
