The Literacy Council of Bowie and Miller County is moving to a new much larger location on the campus of Texarkana College. They will be open up for regular business starting Tuesday January 16th, but will have an open house this Friday afternoon January 12th from 3 to 6. If guests wish to drop by a ‘housewarming gift’ during our party, we will be accepting donations of non-perishable food and hygiene items to stock our expanded student pantry shelves.”
