Vashil Fernandez with the City of Texarkana and the Texarkana Homeless Coalition joined the Morning Show to talk about some upcoming events including the 3rd Annual Texarkana Resource Day.
The mission is to provide access to numerous local service for underserved community members, including the homeless, and those who may have a residence but are in economic peril. You can donate, be a volunteer or a vendor for the event which is coming up Thursday September 19th from 8am to 2pm next to the Crossties Event Center in Downtown Texarkana.
Vashil also talks about several other important events coming up later in the month as well.
