Total Access Health & Wellness is located at 3809 East 9th Street, Suite 15, that's Highway 82 East next to the Dugout Restaurant. Their hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm, with after hours, and Saturday hours coming soon according to Dr. Nix.

Dr. Nix says the clinic provides immunizations for children, along with the very latest Covid-19 Boosters, specifically targeting the Omicron variants. They also have the flu shots available. It's a good idea to get your flu shot because they say confirmed cases of both the A&B flu strains have already been confirmed in Texarkana.
You can save time by filling out the medical and insurance forms online. They also have an onsite laboratory, which now offers inhouse rapid PCR testing for COVID-19, Influenza, Strep, RSV, and STD test with results in as little as 28 minutes.
