The Texarkana Texas Parks and Recreation and the Texas side police are once again hosting the 5th Annual Trunk or Treat at Spring Lake Park, this Saturday October 24th from 3pm to 6pm.
Everyone is invited out for this free family fun event. Over 40 vendors will be handing out candy and treats this year. There will be music, bounce houses, face painting and more.
If an organization or business would like to hand out treats they are more than welcome to do so.
