The event is set to take place at the Korea/Vietnam memorial located at 7th Street & State Line Avenue in downtown Texarkana. This solemn gathering serves as an opportunity to honor and remember those classified as prisoners of war or missing in action (POW/MIA), including those who have returned and those who have yet to be accounted for from all wars.
