Friday January 24 in downtown Texarkana,in the lot across from the Salvation Army Center of Hope located at 400 E. 4th Street in Texarkana Arkansas.  FREE admission to taste chili.    The theme this year is “Superhero” or “Comic Book”. There will be three categories judged, “Best Taste in Texarkana”, “People’s Choice”, and Texarkana Homeless Coalition members will judge teams on Theme. The band “Hometown Heroes” will entertain.

Funds raised through this event sponsored by Texarkana Homeless Coalition will be used to coordinate homeless services, fund scholarships,and for educational opportunities.
