Little River County’s annual Pete Penny Memorial ‘Shop With a Cop’ will be raising funds for this year’s shopping event for area children in need, with local law enforcement and firefighters in a different way, during the ongoing pandemic. On Saturday, November 28th, look for the Stuff the Stocking Crew, seeking monetary donations at the intersection of Highway 71 and Main Street, in downtown Ashdown, and possibly at the intersection of Highways 71 and 32B, by Anytime Fitness. Please donate your change or folding money, so a child may have Christmas this year.
