Come on out to the Texarkana Harley-Davidson and enjoy a “friendly” chili cook-off.  It is only $20 to enter your “world’s best chili” and $10 to judge and enjoy some great chili.  This is a win-win! This event will raise funds for Watersprings Ranch and is organized by Brothers Keepers MC 8th Texarkana.
