Friday from 10:45 am – 11:45 am at Bringle Lake Park West with the Sportsplex by HealthCARE Express’s “Yoga in the Park.” Enjoy the benefits of nature as you pause and focus on yourself.

The Sportsplex by HealthCARE Express is hosting Yoga In The Park at Bringle Lake Park West on Friday, April 22nd from 10:45 am-11:45 am.

In honor of Earth Day, The Sportsplex invites the Texarkana Community to take a break from the hustle and bustle to let nature inspire a love for yoga. “This free class will allow you to let your walls down and remove barriers like the pressure of being in a typical fitness class. Our Plex instructors are excited to guide everyone through a one-hour class that is gentle, supportive, and slow-paced; including deep breathing, poses and meditation”, said Jordan Creutz.

All are welcome, no matter if you are a new yogi or advanced! Participants are encouraged to bring a mat and water. The Sportsplex will provide cool towels and yoga mats will be on hand for those who need to borrow one.
