Enjoy, a spooky family movie-watching event at the Texarkana Public Library, 600 West 3rd Street, Texarkana, Texas. Monday October 24th at 5pm. It will be inside the David Nelson Meeting Room. It’s for ages 10 and up, and includes popcorn and water. Interact with the characters when prompted.
