You are invited to a Pumpkin Decorating Contest during the month of October at the Texarkana Public Library, located at 600 West 3rd Street in Texarkana, Texas. All ages welcome to come in and decorate a pumpkin. There will be 3 categories, kids, teens, and adults. Winners will be announced October 31st, at 4:30 pm
