With the Dusty Rose Band. FREE show; donations are gratefully accepted. All proceeds benefit the annual Christmas shopping program, with 100 children identified by Child Protective Services. Each child receives $100.00, and is allowed to spend the money as they wish, during a shopping trip with a Texarkana, Texas Police Officer or Texarkana, Texas Firefighter, in December.
